All items from Basha Harris Jewelry are one of a kind, handmade pieces. While many items are currently in stock, some may take up to two weeks to be delivered. This will be specified under each individual piece.
Payments are securely processed via PAYPAL. If you do not support PAYPAL, you may contact us directly and find other means, such as Venmo. All prices are listed in US Dollars.
Several items are made to order so please follow the production time listed for each individual item. For all orders, you will be contacted with a shipping date and further information regarding each particular piece. If your item is time sensitive, please specify.
Domestic orders shipped within the United States will be shipped from Madison, Wisconsin via USPS Priority mail. International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Sterling and fine silver jewelry will darken over time and develop a patina, also known as tarnishing. Cleaning with a polishing cloth is the best way to keep silver clean (our favorite is the sunshine cloth from Rio Grande jewelry supply, which can be found at www.riogrande.com).
Our studio offers repairs and refinishing if your jewelry becomes worn or damaged. Please contact us for more information regarding this service.
As an artist, it is an honor to be chosen to work with you to realize your vision. Our studio asks for an honest deposit of $50, ensuring that if for any reason our collaboration ceases, the artist will still be compensated for labors surrounding the physical piece itself (ie: sketches, designs, material cost). We appreciate your dedication to fair labor practices!
We would greatly appreciate a semi-formal written or drawn proposal for any commissions you have in mind. Thank you!
If you wish to make a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned with the original packaging and in brand new, un-worn condition. We will not accept returns that do not meet these criteria.
If an item is damaged due to shipping, please send images, return the piece, and a new piece will be sent to you.
